Just as your physical body accumulates dirt, sweat and stuff that needs to be washed away at the end of the day, so does your energy body. This is especially the case if you work with subtle energies or explore non-physical states.

Two of my favourite methods to cleanse your energy body? Nature and water.

🌴 Trees help ground and restore your energy - and different trees affect your energy in different ways. For example, pine trees help clear your energy and if need more strength, surround yourself with oak trees.

đź’¦ And water is a powerful natural purifier. Swimming in a natural pool of water like the sea can cleanse and recharge your energy field.

This is a little reminder that sometimes the best solutions are the most simple ones. We sometimes get caught up looking for complex techniques that we forget to tap into the natural support that surrounds us all the time. Trees, water and earth are incredible natural healers and cleansers - simple, powerful, and always available.

Thank you for this reminder. The presence of trees is so powerful! I’ve found that wind gives me inner strength & peace.

Stunning!!! Love this reminder: most answers and simple and we over complicate things as humans. Cleansing and grounding can be simple. As someone that works with sound on people, these practices are important

How interesting. I have several pine trees in my yard and a huge oak as well. Now I know which ones to sit under depending on how I feel and what I need. Thanks for this information! Beautiful view by the way!!!!

I just have to say how grateful I am for you. Your videos really helped changed my life and I am forever grateful. And how random that you came up in my feed a few years back. I really feel lucky to have found yoga nidra and all the benefits

Now if we could just get the water clean enough to feel that it is actually healthy to get in it. Namaste🙏
