the first time they were offering this hat, I needed a specific amount of Nintendo Pionts.unfortunately, I didn't have enough to get this.and by the time I did, I was too late. but when I was given a special amount of Nintendo points on my Birthday, I saw an ad saying that it was back.so I got my second chance, and got the hat.
