It's not good it makes the skin saggy later.i will rather take my sogurm cereal or oats because of Thier fibers to make U fill fuller then I'll eat my meal at six in the evening honestly U will love urself.imagine U just on Ur car every morning without refilling it and just head off to the road such cars'will knock off abruptly Wen U don't expect it same with human our brains needs fluids .eat like a king in the morning and eat like a pauper at night.it helps pls
