Thank you for the recipe; it is very approachable and has many pantry staples. I look forward to trying it. I can’t eat spicy things now because of a GI disease, but gochugaru is tolerable in reduced amounts. I do miss fiery foods, though.

Like many others, I really enjoy Korean instant ramen — it’s one of the best comfort noodle soups out there. But if I had to pick just one noodle soup for you to try in Korea, it would definitely be Chadol Jjamppong (spicy noodle soup with beef brisket). Yes, it’s that good! 🍜
