* Lucky faire goers!! They'll have so much fun watching you tell your stories.😊 * We have a Renaissance Faire here in southern California once every year or two. For the last one my daughter, her husband, and 10-yr-old daughter went to it dressed up in their Renaissance costumes. * They had a blast! The staff, merchants, security, etc, were very entertaining using Renaissance Era phrases, words, & dialects. * Wishing you the very best day!💛⚔

Sigh. As a New Jerseyan living in the US, I really wish I could attend your live ceremony this Saturday in Saskatchewan, Canada, Sir Hicks. Unfortunately, I can’t make such a sudden trip, but I’m certain your lecture will be an incredible event. The audience will surely be captivated by your engaging recount of the historical events from your homeland. Enjoy your time in Canada, one of the world’s most sparsely populated countries, and again, I know your show will be a great success. What did the man do to deserve facing the chopping block, with you holding his head like that? Was he a monk? 😨

That should be fun. If you visit the Prairie Sun Brewery try the Reuben sandwich.

Rats. Screwed by excessive distance. I swear, I'm going to do a Canadian trip specifically to meet you. And have some poutine (my wife hates poutine). And see for myself if Timmy's has gone downhill.

There Will Be Blood…
Hey everyone! For those of you in and around Saskatoon, here’s something a bit special — I’ll be appearing live at the Museum of Antiquities for their Medieval Times Fayre this Saturday!
I’ll be sharing the gruesome – but fascinating – realities of medieval medicine and battlefield life.
If you’re nearby, come say hello — it’s always amazing to meet some of The History Squad community in real life.
Where: Museum of Antiquities, University of Saskatchewan, Saskatoon
When: Saturday 27th September from 12-5pm (my performance times will be 1pm & 3pm)
Hope to see some of you there!
