Just found you a couple of weeks ago when looking for core work for seniors. I was always super athletic for years and have a hard time accepting the changes as I get older. I can't believe how much that 10 min core workout helps my lower back and upper leg aches. Thank you!

Hi Mike. Yes,I used to be an avid walker until I got a herniated disc, that a year and a half later,is still persisting!. Now I sometimes need a walker just to do steps in my home, but I still try to do some daily,,using my legs and holding on,and alternating with the walker, unless I feel pain. Then I stop. Like the old adage, listen to your body. You can be your own best medicine. It's frustrating having been a natural runner and figure skater, but I try to hold my head up high, but also centered. This promotes better posture, even being so limited with my movements. And reach for those stars, right?

My 4 Cavaliers & I walk every other day. 2 older dogs with heart issues go about a 1/4 mile then the other 2 and I do a faster walk (aiming for 3mph) for about 1.5 miles. I have charcot Marie tooth disease and wear braces on my legs and have found that every other day works best for my body

I always walk in our lunchbreak from work, 20-25 minutes. And go for groceries by bike but i do live in a small village and it's normal here to go by bike. I had the flu two weeks ago and it was so bad i can feel it still now. I am out of breath when i am on my bike or walk. But i go for a walk anyway even if it is for 10 minutes. Just to be away from work, being outside is good.

I am a 66 year old female. I walk 10,000 steps a day, everyday. I am addicted to it. Feel guilty if I don't walk. I love it, improves mental health alot just to be outside.
