As an absolutely massive fan of Halo. Probably being one of my favourite series of all time with an insane amount of childhood memories. You’d think I’d be over the moon with a combat evolved remake finally coming out. That and the fact it’s coming on PlayStation with a fresh new platinum trophy to earn.

Truth is, I’m not. I’m still gonna get it don’t get me wrong but I just don’t know how to feel about it.

Halo has always been Xbox, Master Chief is the first thing you think of when you hear Xbox. Seeing it on PlayStation, I dunno just feels off to me. Love seeing all these different games finally coming to other consoles so other players can experience them but at the same time it doesn’t feel right. Xbox is well and truly losing its identity.

Honestly, would’ve much rather preferred to see the MCC coming to PlayStation. Don’t think I’d ever get the platinum considering it has over 700 achievements but I would’ve preferred having that than a remake where we’ll most likely only get the one game.

Seen it happen with so many other games that do remakes and just know the same thing is gonna happen here.

Again though, I’ll still pick it up because I love Halo.
