I was bored today and watched Disney’s Wish. Oh man. Ohh… It was as bad as people say. With Frozen 2, there was at least potential… I might still be able to fix it. I’ve never watched anyone’s Wish rewrite, so I haven’t been influenced.
I have so many thoughts! One being abt the music. Frozen 2 wasn’t good story-wise but the music was gorgeous. With Wish.. I don’t know what they were going for. Why pop?? Why did some of the lyrics actually not make sense in English at all? Why does every song have emphasis on the wrong syllables in the words….
I’ve got to rewrite it.. 😭 It’s so disappointing for THE 100 year anniversary of Disney. Asha should be “THE”princess, she should’ve been as big as Elsa or this generation’s Kpop Demon Hunters but she was just kind of there. What a miss! Did no one tell the writers this was for their 100th birthday????
