Hey guys LONG TIME NO SPEAK, I still appreciate all of you and a lot has changed for me the last almost 2 years. I’m a father to beautiful twin girls, and I’ve had a hard time finding the right bjj gym in my new hometown, with that said, the one thing that has remained consistent is my training and love of BJJ. Still studying, still practicing, and still evolving. I’m hoping to start making some new and more engaging content in July. Bare with me! Life is busy.
