Qigong with Kseny

Some mornings call for something gentle… ✨

This seated Qigong practice is one I return to often especially on slower days when I need to release tension and gently wake up the body and (face!)

It works on many levels:
🌿 Loosens the upper back, neck and shoulders
🌿 Activates lymph flow in the face, neck and chest
🌿 Offers soft stretches and breath to replenish energy

Ideal if you’ve woke up feeling a little off, stiff or low energy.
