I would love a video on a handful of your top exercises for a rounded but uncomplicated work out idea. Ie a lower body, a core, and upper, a hinge movement. So we can take some ideas a build a starting point to progress from. With a view to preventative action so not dealing with an injury already.

Concrete exercise program examples, with for example knee pain, shoulder pain etx. let's say 3x/week (a 60min workout and the exercise selections with reasoning behind it. I understand it's very individual and subjective, but given the load what would be a logical progressive approach.

How to focus on stability of joints. Omnidirection movement. There is far to much liner motion workouts. But amost none talking about the smaller stabilizer muscles of joints and movement. It's been guess work for me. I've gone and done barefoot walking and running, and in sand, animal movement, indian clubs, steel mace and rings. Going to try rope flow next, but again this is alla guess on my part.
