Could go either way in uttm, utcm team and G-man 5.0, G-man 4.0 team. This is full arsenal meaning they will get all their weapons. Uttm will get juggy's cannon and if wod weapons also count then he would be alot stronger. But let's not count that. Utcm will get all his weapons he used like buzzsaw arm, toxic cannon, detainer claw and his laser cannons and better jetpack from ep. 69 for better movement. Toxic cannon can be very useful against G-man as it can burn gman's head by acid(not fully but will damage something). Also the point where utcm lacks behind was his AP and these weapons would be an very good solution as he already has biq, experience, strength and endurance. He could perform well against fast opponents compared to uttm.

G-Toilet 4.0 alone can kill Duchess, UTCM, Both Hyper UTSM and Executor for G-Man 5.0 if either of them go for them first. Once either UTCM or Duchess wins against their fight, then G-Man 4.0 can just kill any wounded person after their fight. G-Man 5.0 just slaughters UTTM and Juggernaut at the same time Extreme Diff, if he does loose then G-Man 4.0 will be a heavily supportive character for UTTM to shrink it down to a High to High-Extreme diff against them.
