Wanted to give a little more insight into the songs of the album and first up is track 7. UNCONDITIONAL. This was the last song to make the record, written at a pretty shitty time. It portrays the turmoil and pain when someone you love is suffering, and the desperate willingness to fix them. The lyrics are sad, the melodies are euphoric and the production feels like you’re disco dancing on thin ice 💫 Mike Sabath and Pablo - thank you for always creating such a safe space for us to pour our hearts out.

Directed by Fa Fon 💐 The video breaks the fourth wall of many of the other videos for the album. There’ve been many times in my career where I’ve been given terrible news and just had to get on with the show, or sacrificed valuable time with family for this industry and this visualiser touches on that 🎭

Filming this video during the filming of the other ones was such a genius move!! And watching those other videos afterwards really highlights how people we see on screen could be going through the worst time in their personal lives, but have to keep it together and keep working despite that 🥺

My ex husband would fight with me while I was literally working, call center job, and he would yell and break sh!t while I had a customer on the phone. And still, I had to just smile and provide the customer with excellent customer service cuz we had bills to pay. I felt so alone during those times. Music was my escape, and it literally saved my life. Thank you for sharing you story Jade 💚
