You are not the physical body or mind that you have naturally assumed to be, you are an Eternal /Soul or Spirit that was incarnated ( transmuted) and born into an "android type bio computer brain machine," sometimes called the animated "Clay Dungeon" from ancient Kabbalah or the Demiurge from Gnosticism. As you grew older, you gradually became entangled, overwhelmed, and finally completely identified with and as the body-mind Bio computer brain machine( and its inherent first priority "Fight or Flight" survival mechanism) along with the new "sensations" and pleasures from the nervous system via the "five senses," (the metaphors of the "Fallen Angels," "Adam and Eve,"the eating or the pleasures or fruits of the nervous system,ie. the "apple"or most enjoyable and addictive of all the sensations, The "original Sin"or Primordial mistake) "I am this physical body" is the only Original Sin or Primordial Mistake, as a result, you lost your "Original Innocence" along with your Spiritual "Oneness" with the "Universal Consciousness," called...(G.O.D. ) . As you( as Soul or Spirit) became totally identified and attached to the physical body - mind Bio machine it created the "illusion" of being an Individual among other individuals, and have unknowingly fallen into the State of Spiritual separation,from Ones of G.O.D. called the lesser or lower state of existence i.e. that which is "below " and called the valley, Hades , The Abyss, The Cave of Plato or self created Hell. This separation is the cause of your constant fear, confusion, loneliness and anxiety etc etc . You have forgotten over many incarnations. I am the body- mind and it's thoughts and programs are the " Original Mistake " or Original Sin , to Miss the Mark ,not to understand or remember.
MEDITATION The Miracle of the One
Meditation: The controller ( your True pure Self ) is different from that which is being controlled and therefore becomes free /separate from the controlled called the psychological Ego or programed self.
Meditation is the ancient secret practice of putting the body and mind to sleep ( like a computer in sleep mode) but staying AWAKE and ALERT inside behind closed eyes and behind the nose or face until you re experience yourself as an Eternal Spirit..... again, ( Separate or different from the Physical body form ) Meditation is not relaxation,it is the intense self control of the body to make it "Just Sit" and the "intense effort" and will power of slowing down the breath to a minimum,( the practice of dying by Socrates) and like being a stone statue and listening to your to your breathing and or Heartbeat ( Plotinus) .
If you remain in your original and True State as Eternal Spirit after Meditation it is called ; Nirvana Samadhi Cosmic Consciousness , Self Salvation The Tao ,Self Realization Moksha,The. Promised Land and the Garden of Eden ( not real geographic locations, but ancient metaphors for G.O.D. - Union as in "Olam Ha Ba ) ,The Holy Grail not a real cup ,but a literary image) ,The Prodigal Son (the returning back to your original Nature as Eternal Spirit) ,The Resurrection" i.e. returning back to your original God Consciousness) ,Shamayim ( the place of God Kabbalah) The Buddha Nature or Bodhi, "The Eternal Inner Witness" by Krishnamurti and Ramana Maharshi ( i.e. separate and not attached to he body mind Bio machine) ,The Eternal Now " ( prior to time and space) by Nostradamus, "Born again by Jesus ,the "Inner Second Coming" of the Christ Consciousness ( not Jesus) in each person) Heaven WITHIN Luke 17: 21 - Jesus, The practice of Dying by Socrates,Plato , Plotinus and the Stoics, Self Salvation and Self Realization by P. Yogananda, Satori and Fana and Tawid from Islam etc.,etc. All THE SAME .
Consciousness is not a by- product of the brain ,It is the Universal Consciousness or G.O.D. that materializes and animates the bio computer brain machine that you as a Conscious Soul live inside of and must overcome as you pass through the material Realm.
You are a child of the Universe ( Reflection and Manifested) no less than the trees and the Stars, you have a right and purpose to be here .
