Jessica, I believe all good leadersknow their limits & priorities. You are modeling good Christian behavior by saying “I can do this, & do it well, as long as I back off a bit on this other.” Also a sign of good leadership is when a group can step in & take ownership & cont. on, in the same vein, even when the leader can’t always be present. I think you’ve been unknowingly training others to take over for you in the wider aspects of this ministry, so you can go deeper in just 1 or 2 areas, as God leads you. You can step back…& watch w/ joy those who will fill in. Those whom God will rise up to keep things going. You’ve done an amazing job! It’s exciting to see the new direction God is taking you & the sisterita club! You are such an inspiration for so many!
