If you move around in your everyday life like we did in the 70’s you don’t need a gym. You keep slim from eating just three meals a day and moving from chores and housework, chasing and playing with kids, walking to places. And it’s free

Thank you for these workout calendars. I really like your videos. Could you make some video where there isn’t as much explaining and time gaps in between each moves? I’ll be wanting to do a video for a certain amount of time but in actuality it may only be 1/2-3/4 that time. So I’m not actually getting a full workout that the time states. Thanks!

Εγώ ξεκίνησα να κάνω τις ασκήσεις σας γιατί δεν έχω χρόνο να πάω γυμναστήριο λόγω του ότι, εκτός από τις υποχρεώσεις μου σε εργασία και σπίτι, φροντίζω κ την μητέρα μου πού έχει άνοια. Θα πω την αλήθεια, θεαματική διαφορά δεν έχω δεί σωματικά γιατί είναι δύσκολο να είμαι συνεπής αλλά μου έχει βελτιωθεί η διάθεση κ όταν κάνω το πρόγραμμα μου αισθάνομαι ότι κάνω καλό στο σώμα μου κ κυρίως στο μυαλό μου!!!
