JET: Unfortunately, Jets past owner wasn’t a good owner to him. His owner was abusive towards him most of the time that they would go out riding. If he refused she would hit him with the whip multiple times.
He did not have a good life with her. She would only put him in the field as well she would not put him in the barn so in the winter he would get really cold and it would just be unpleasant for him.
I first heard about him through a friend, they said to me that there is a horse for sale because of its bad behaviour and its stubbornness when you ride him.
That’s what the owner said about Jet. I was mortified because when I met Jet a day later he was just nervous. That was it.
He was not stubborn when I put him on the lead rope into the trailer he was not bucking or anything. That is probably because he was TOO SCARED and thought that I was going to HURT HIM.
Luckily, after a few days spent with me he realised I wasn’t going to hurt him at all, now we have the BEST bond ever.
Some people are just really cruel towards their pets. This was one of those times
