I eat protein bread, homemade farmer's cheese, and drink bone broth every morning. The protein bread is made with high protein bread flour, yeast, eggs, salt, vital wheat gluten (this stuff rocks), and liquid whey separated from the cheese I make. Just throw a little salt and pepper on the cheese and bread, and you're gtg

See, sometimes 3 times a day that mean as you grow older you don’t require so many calories my friends

This meal is too tasty! I can definitely overeat on this. I got really overweight because I was just bulking on this and didn’t track anything.

I dont know what to say about everything I've ever gathered from watching your vids when they pop up the last few years but "I feel you" and "thank you"...my situation is a inflicted and oppressed one basically.. but if I had everything I every wanted right now, I probably would have never been able to truly hear you. I know leveling up dosent necessarily stick as far as appearance in this dimensional reality, but I think we have alot more to look forward to in the next.. especially when people like you have put in so much work.. God sees it better than anyone

Uncle E, we in Philippines also eat that same powerful meal. But instead of beef we use pork, we call it “Adobong Alugbate”.

Yes! This is my favorite meal too! Sometimes I use potatoes instead of rice or a spaghetti squash!

Very similar to mine haha. I'm a big dude so I have a bit larger portions and sometimes throw in cottage cheese, garbanzo beans and/or yogurt. I call it dog food 🤙

Love this meal. I just swap the spinach for arugula since its much lower in oxalates

Elliott Hulse | STRENGTH
My favorite muscle building meal
I eat this meal every single day.
Sometimes three times a day.
It doesn’t matter if I’m bulking or cutting—the recipe stays the same. The only thing I adjust is how much I eat. More when I need more. Less when I need less.
Simple. Effective. Foolproof.
Simplicity is power. That’s why I wear the same clothes every day and why I eat the same meals. Less thinking, more doing.
And this meal? It’s my go-to muscle-building mash.
I learned it from Stan Efferding, the world’s strongest bodybuilder, and it’s the simplest, tastiest, and most anabolic meal in my repertoire.
Here’s how you make it:
• 4 oz bone broth
• 1 cup white rice
• 6 oz ground beef
• Handful of baby spinach
• 2 eggs
Pour the bone broth into a saucepan, add the rice, ground beef, and spinach, and let it warm up. Then crack in two eggs and let them cook until the whites form but stay soft. The runny yolks blend into the broth, making it like a silky soup.
I top it off with Belizean hot sauce or sometimes a little curry (when my wife makes it).
Here are the macros for this meal:
• Calories: 840
• Protein: 60g
• Carbs: 47g
• Fat: 44g
And guess what?
If you come to my Day with Elliott Retreat next month, this is exactly what we’ll be eating—tons of mash after a full day of lifting, walking, talking, and leveling up.
We’ll train hard, eat well, and sit around a bonfire at night, under the stars.
If that sounds like your kind of day, click here to join us.
