Just to be clear, Roo / Fist π¦π€ is the combat side of my style of training. The Martial Art form of my style is called Dai Shu Quan Kangaroo Kungfu π¦π€this content will be ongoing in the future.
Iβll be Working on sparring & have other people to train with π the focus will be on boxing bag work & hard body conditioning too π€
Also the analysis of human movement, especially when it comes to warm ups, & martial technique focused exercises & martial arts & combat training in general ππ¦π€
