I mainly train for mental health, it's like my daily meditation with lasting positive effects. The secondary motivator is strength, which only is relative to my own previous performance, thus nullifying any reason to ever take a strength pill (or any enhancement for that matter). Could be good for prolonged periods of disease though, just to help with physical health and recovery.

As a supplement, would be great. Training is more than just physical benefits, it can help mentally as well as build a sense of routine and commitment to a goal. However, if i pill could improve my health more and help me recover faster and help prevent injury, well my old bones wouldnt turn it down 😂 Im not 25 anymore 😅 and id love to be able to keep training into my 60s and 7

The majority saying they want the pill on top of training has revived my faith in modern men.

There's no way such a thing could make me feel as good as actually exercise does

I love training but it’s hard to wonder just how many other hobbies I could pursue if I didn’t have to worry so much about training

It's about the Journey. That moment of pride watching the results of your hard work.

I love weight training, so it's easy for me to stay consistent at the gym. But some people hate the gym, and it's not like they don't deserve the health benefits of exercise.

Training for me is far more about the lifestyle than it is about the results. It’s about the ability to challenge my body and mind on a daily basis while also finding others ways to improve my well-being. When it comes to results, I can THEN feel good about it because I know I earned them and worked hard towards them as opposed to haven them given to me by a random pill. I would feel empty if I was in the best shape of my life but had nothing to do with it.

I like training and moving my body. While it sounds great, I love being able to move, and learn new ways to do so. I don’t think I’d be interested.

i think my training would go a lot more into playing team/competetive sports, like volleybal or squash, but going for a run especially feels like something that just gives a sense of peace that you cant get from a pill

I have a few hobbies that are physically demanding and my body isn't always able to keep up with it if I train the same morning and then play my sport in the evening. On those days, for time and wellness I would take the exercise pill. But the process is important to me too, so I wouldn't completely kill going to the gym

I love to hike, snowboard and bike. I’d do that forever. Resistance training is something I have to do, and I’d love the pill option to free up all that time that goes towards maintenance

Staying in a room where you feel the king of the World after heavy Squats, Deadlifts, Pullups and Dips is far more fun than taking a FUCKING PILL

The real strength is the pain we learn to accept by suffering througj training, the weight we lift is just the external manifestation of that evolution.

Most of the people who train find some level of enjoyment in it. I go on hour long walks at night partially for the cardio, but I also just enjoy it and find it relaxing, and like the sorta cold but not really Florida winter air on my face.

I like training and exercise for the sake of it just because I find it fun. I'd probably take the pill just to justify an extra rest day per week but I wouldn't stop training lol

If I never needed to do cardio again hell yeah. But I would still lift because I love the feeling when I hit a new PR.

Back Guy
What if there really was an "Exercise Pill"? Like a pill you could take to mimic the physiological effects of exercise to improve muscle strength, cardiovascular health and recovery, with no major side effects. Would you take that instead of training?
