UPDATE HUGE UPDATE!! Tiktok is back working essentially but it has been removed from the app store... better than nothing right? No, capcut has left with the ban so Im not sure how I'm going to edit videos anymore. I will figure something out.

I was absolutely unconcerned by this entire ordeal (since I'm not American) but I failed to see the worst aspect of this... Thank you dear d4rk1ss! I'll stick around, and throw whatever you want at us. Don't apologize, I hardly believe this was the most essential part of your (or our) lives. If you do plan on continuing these comps, I recommend downloading reels! I personally use the website inflact, they let you download any public accounts' material for free! Still, feel free to do whatever makes sense, even if that's stopping making content. I'll forever appreciate these videos, and all the inspiration they granted me in slow art days 🖤

Theres no need to apologise, you've done amazing with the comps and we'll continue to watch whatever you put out as you've brought together a community of people who love art. And the rant is perfectly justified given the current situation of the U.S government. I hope it gets better soon as tiktok was not only a community and communication platform, but also a place where buisinesses, no matter how big or small, found a way to make a living as well, but i suppose they wont realise until things truly start going down the drain even further that a social media platform should come last in the current problems they need to face. Noooo :( i just wanted to say that i found your channel in like early 2023 i think and it was such a great inspiration for me! I found many of my now favorite artist through them and also got a more clear view of what direction i wanted to go with my art! So yeah, i generally really love your taste in art and also love how you always put so many mixed media in your videos! Anyways, I'll kept my sub so whatever you decide to use this channel for I'll be here waiting!!!

I fear this may be the end of a 3 year long series. Tiktok is officially being banned as of tomorrow and I just want to say to all of my fellow artists who enjoyed these comps and made the content for them I will truly miss embracing the work you all do. Whether that's boosting views leaving wonderful comments or just simply doing you by making content. It was fun while it lasted. Ill try to come up with some new art related content that all of you can enjoy but my specialty were these comps. Im truly sorry that I couldn't get another video out before the ban... Well actually I could maybe still get one last one out before the ban is official. I will attempt to do so even though my computer is beyond repair. I will miss all the fun times we had tiktok. And if im being honest this just goes to prove how effed up our government really is. They are more focused on banning an app that people connect through rather than fix issues that plague our country. We have more serious matters like gun violence, school shootings, abortion laws, and so many more issues but the biggest one just so happens to be with tiktok. This is so messed up. Apologies for the rant but i just needed to get this out. D4rk1ss out.
