Savantics

What can I do to make my videos better? Seriously asking for constructive criticism cause I feel like I'm in flop era and I’m just wondering if there's something I'm doing that's making the videos suck
Any tips or opinions are appreciated cause I just want to make videos the best I can. What do you want to see from me?

@Accountthatexists

Idk what u can do to really improve, but I do think u doing the dress up satire of the people u were talking about in last vid gives ur channel more of a personality then "generic News channel About famous people" Mabe just dip into the personality a bit more to give people a reason to watch YOU specially

My favorite video of yours is the Disney one by far. Plenty of people can talk about the corporate greed and basics on the subject, but your dedication to the research and formatting made it unique. Your recent video on watching the bad mobile games ads reminded me of the Disney video as it had the unique perspective of you trying to investigate how or why the ads could be effective. This research/psychological approach really works. Start to, or continue to cover subjects you’re passionate about or subjects you’re curious on. I know it’s not that helpful, but it’s all I could think of.

I really liked your “dear tumblr” series, maybe you could expand on that with for example reddit. There is also lots of disturbing content on there like subreddits for drug abuse etc, so that might fit in very well with that old series

i personally watch your vids because i can always count on you consistently putting your all into research, being respectful, and letting your personality show a bit. it always feels like having an organized friend infodump about something theyre genuinely passionate about and i love that vibe.

I'd say keep up with the changes you've made lately, because I agree with others that there's a lot more personality coming through and your videos are so much more fun and upbeat that way, even when covering darker topics. Your most recent video is a great example. My only recommendation is maybe try longer videos (18-45+ minutes perhaps) because that seems to be doing fairly well for a lot of channels with similar content and subject matter than say, 8-20 minute uploads. Include more details about the topic and dive deeper so you can be more thorough, and also get more view time even with an infrequent upload schedule. Your doing really well and honestly I think you're entering an exciting new era for your channel, the algorithm is just being extremely unkind. I'd worry more about making content you like and feel proud of, and hopefully the views will come in due time. We all LOVE seeing your face and your personality coming out in the recent videos, just keep being authentic and having fun with it!

The only thing I can really think of is finding a video idea and consistently up. Finding something niche to you and having consistent uploads of it definitely helps the audience they feel they can count on your content on a regular basis

I honestly really like your videos, ever since your face reveal I feel like everything has been even better, the humor is great, the topics are interesting, I'm not sure what could be better.

So far, so good! Maybe mixing up between the new and old styles could work. The 1000 ads was a descent into madness. So watching you get slap happy should be studied by ad people. But gameplay/2D Savantics works with just talking about anything with context. Best piece of advice I can give is try to resist chasing YouTube trends or even YouTubers themselves. We have enough commentary channels that spawn overnight and somehow belong in a group. Your off the wall topics and delivery could use some free flowing inspiration but yeah so far, so good!

It’s already quite good in my opinion

Only thing that comes to mind is it might be nice to hear about more positive stuff, things that you enjoy, like in the hoodwinked video. I really don't see a problem with your content honestly it's good shit.

@olea6104

Maybe you should try going more in depth into topics. Your Jojo Siwa video was good, but it felt like some stuff wasn't gone over as much? I think you've been doing very well lately, so the only thing I could think to suggest is to stay unique (which I know isn't helpful but that's all I got).

This channel is really good and the algorithm just doesn't like it. Being honest when channels get really big they usually fall off so you staying relatively small is not the worst thing for a viewer like me (obviously not for your bank account lol)

I like the new changes, tbh it'd be cool to see more in depth regarding video topics, I've enjoyed the evolution of your content

I do miss Dear Tumblr, personally. But I love the direction things have been going. You're a very personable creator and revealing your face/letting who you are show more is awesome. Keep going with that please.

Your video ideas based on weirdos were especially fun like tlc shows or when you dug into rabbitholes like that disney village, those are defenitely my favorite types of videos.

@Pelifrost

I always appreciate longer videos that dale a deeper look at the subject matter. I also like videos that feature creators trying to add something new to what they're presenting. In terms of length, my favorite videos usually end up clocking in at an hour minimum. I'm also aware that longer videos take a lot more effort to produce, however, and that long video does not intrinsically mean better video.

I remember you when you did the dear tumblr videos and those were cool. I stuck around for those so I guess what I'm trying to say is making a pseudo series for the channel really helps.
