Here are 3 examples that blew my mind



1️⃣ 𝗚𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗹𝗶𝘀𝘁𝘀 & 𝗮𝗱𝗱 𝗮𝗰𝗿𝗼𝗻𝘆𝗺𝘀

I typed: “Create a list of 10 states of the United States of America.”
Excel just… did it. No googling. No copy-pasting. Just a clean list, ready to work with.

Then I asked: “Give me the acronym of this state,” referencing the cell.
Dragged the formula down… Boom. CA, TX, FL, NY… all generated for me.

This used to take minutes. Now it takes seconds.


Just by leveraging the LLM and its intelligence!!!

That's CRAZY...



2️⃣ 𝗖𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗻 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗼𝘁𝗶𝗰 𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗮
This one is my favorite.



I had messy names full of symbols, underscores, typos… the usual spreadsheet nightmare.



=COPILOT cleaned everything (except the very first row!).


Fixed spellings. Removed junk characters. Matched names to the closest correct version.



If you work with vendors, clients, CRM data… you know how painful this is. Now it’s one prompt. 🧠



3️⃣ 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺 𝗻𝘂𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗶𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲 𝘁𝗲𝘅𝘁
This one feels like cheating. (wait they all do lol)



I had sentences that contained TEXT numbers:
“I paid three hundred dollars…”
“I spent two hundred and thirty six…”



=COPILOT extracted the numbers.


Converted them.


Turned everything into clean, usable numeric values.



This is game-changing.



The things it can do right now are honestly wild.
