Most of the time, this issue only comes up when your profile picture is a caricature or some other icon/symbol/logo. When it's just a picture of yourself (particularly far away like yours is), there's much less of a "brand recognition" issue by changing the pfp. Tldr; you're good, dude. You can change it 👍
