Ok little fitness victory lap. I just successfully completed a pretty large (22 weeks, lost 40 pounds) cut. Dexa scan put me at 9.36% body fat. Lowest weigh-in was 79.4 pounds.

Next step is to maintain weight for a bit and then slowly bulk over the next 22 weeks, planning on gaining 10ish pounds which will be maybe half fat half muscle. Time to get strong.
