What I had in my life five years ago has been almost totally lost. My business devastated by Covid, life long and decades long friendships lost and a serious back injury leaving me nearly broke, in pain and without familiar friends, I’ve turned to YouTube for help and advice and found your recordings a lovely place to recuperate and restore a positive vibe within my mind and body. I don’t know if I will have the time to create another life of deep friendships, love and prosperity but for whatever time I do have it’s worthwhile spending some of it listening to your voice and feeling safe. I found you in 2020. I still listen to you. Insomnia and a lack of self esteem are my reasons for listening. But I also need more for shaking off negativity and toxicity from the day. You had one on clearing subconscious blocks and negative attachments which were awesome. I’d like more of those. You are awesome and I’m so glad I found you. You’ve helped me so much.

I used to worry all the time. Then one day, I caught myself saying, “I’m not going to worry about that until there is something to worry about.” This almost seems like a new mantra. I’m absolutely convinced that Michael’s videos are responsible for my more positive outlook.

All of the above! Michael you are taking an overly sensitive empath on a journey of enlightenment & positive change. I enjoy the shorter sessions in the middle of the day, especially the Success, Confidence & Motivation one. Such a restful, refreshing peace overtakes me, leaving me calm & collected. It's only been a few weeks and I feel my anxiety fading away. The sessions with rain at nite, helps blanket the ringing in my ears. You mix your take-downs so well. They are absolutely wonderful. I have been severely emotionally abused since childhood and in a toxic marriage for decades. I believe I have avoidant attachment style. And I believe I have passive aggressive personality disorder because I procrastinate more than anyone I know and I do blame and resent others so much. I’ve listened to some of your sleep vids for reparenting and abuse and I think they are helping. Either you or someone else had one about unwinding the inner child that I had to bind up to stop the development of boundaries and self advocacy. I’m trying to unwind it so it can be open to developing boundaries self love and healthy attachment style. Thank you.

Hey Michael, thank you so much for making and sharing these videos! Man, you have an amazing gift that helps so many people. I think I struggle with all the above.. but recently I've had a broken heart because of a girl, and I'm also still broken hearted from my dad passing away two years ago (Father's Day is just a sad day for me). So, I think one of the first steps toward my ideal self would be to heal a broken heart and stop dwelling on the past.. I've had depression for years now, and I've also felt lost and without a purpose. I've been trying hard this year to get outta this rut and move forward with my life, and your hypnosis sessions have definitely been a blessing. Thank you again!

Definitely building my self confidence and self worth. Although it may outwardly seem that I am teeming with it, it’s the thing that I don’t have enough of. And it holds me back from living my highest potential, which I am very much ready to step into - but also afraid to, because “am I really worthy enough?”. Of course I am, and here lays the struggle
