I can appreciate your dedication to your own body and health cause your in amazing shape!! What makes you passionate is how you try to teach people to transform their mindset in small steps and make physical health priority over everything else one tiny step at a time. You understand that mind and body health is priority over all other aspects of life and you do your best to guide people in that direction so they have the mindset and tools to keep going towards physical and mental health

Everyone is different. We decide what is more important to us and where we want to put our efforts. Some areas of life comes more naturally to others. You take your pick. Which areas in life do you want to focus on and become great at?

I am 62 and try to train 4 times a week, some weeks I will only train 3 times becasue I listen to my body if it is too sore then I will skip a session, your muscles only grow when you are resting.

That is some fine work. I can see shadows from sun casting on those abs you've built. All about diet too. Thats a fine job that you do. Definitely paid off for you. Good work 😉

The people who are able to stay consistent with their diet and training are no different than you. They just think differently. This is what they do:
1. They are patient and focus more on healthy habits than on their goals.
2. When something is not working for them, they change their approach.
3. They consider the consequences of instant gratification and frequently remind themselves that avoiding temporary discomfort, such as exercise, will lead to much greater pain in the future.
4. They reward themselves emotionally for every positive action they take.
5. They hype themselves up instead of constantly telling themselves how much they dislike sweating, exercising, or eating healthy.
