Taking care of our mental health is as crucial as our physical well-being! Our mind definitely needs some gentle and loving attention every single day. This month is recognised as Depression Awareness Month, and today I want to share with you three things I do to take care of my mental health! 👇

- Good chats in the sauna with my bestie
- My regular morning routine - pilates & coffee
- Floating in stillness at the beach (after a good walk with Frankie & Shah!)
