I pray and meditate in my room. I write down my thoughts in my journal and I practice "Monk mode" ....that means being away from the social media and trying to do something ayurvedic, like gardening and lawn mowing. Also, the best thing to learn is to love yourself....don't compare yourself to other people. Enjoy the way who you are and accept your imperfections. Be okay with your mistakes. I usualy read something in order to clear off my mind from everyday problems and love walking in nature hugging a tree when I can! It is marvellous and it brings a lot of positive energy

Hello Emma, I think if we have harmony inside it can help us solve different problems. Praying can help me. To understand that you are unique for God, treat others how you would like to be treated. About different activities that can help me feel better they are travelling with my family and friends, swimming, reading favourite books, skating and skiing, ebru(marbling) painting. Of course, watching your videos, Emma. You are so inspiring and positive. Thank you for your lessons)))

Hi Emma! I do my prayers in the early morning, then get out for morning walk and exercise. After coming back home, I do meditation for 20 minutes. Then, I have my bath. Thank you so much.

Hi! there, I have no mortgage and a wife. Working out as much as your body needs. Healthy food, I believe on blood type. Depends on the perspective of life. Sense of tranquility. Keep your mind free of parasites, it could be anything negative, jealousy, hate and so on. You must be spiritually awakened, so it’s not necessarily to look at sea, look at your inner. Trying to meditate, sometimes with the Buddhist pray or using apps like Balance, there are some woman’s voices that are so relaxing and reassuring. I love also Tibetan bells sound. Whatever we do the best thing is to do it regularly I mean daily . It may sounds heartless but trying to avoid as much as we can the bad news from around the world and get only what is indispensable also helps. When we hear such bad news and we cannot do much to help and that sense of frustration increases exponentially our stress. Talking about the wars. Peace ☮️

Hi There! Emma. Nice to meet you. I've been watching your channel for a long time. Your English pronunciation is really beautiful. Long ago, I suffered from mental illness. That's a very serious sick issue. Now I am completely better and have a perfect body and feeling. I use 120% of my power to work every day, even though I have 70% of my power at its maximum was. It's no surprise that a lot of stress is bad for my body. Doctor said: You want the pain to stop. This is just a blip. Your life will change. You're not the one who needs fixing. There is nothing wrong with you. So, we live as ourselves. If you try to force yourself to change, it won't be who you are. Well, we must never forget ourselves. It's no good if you forget yourself. So, what the doctor said was very helpful. I was able to find my former cheerful personality. Many Americans suffer from depression. Many people take tranquilizers. Also, listening to your favorite music makes you feel very refreshed. If I'm under a lot of stress, I sometimes eat ice cream. I drink a little wine too. I jog and work out at the gym every morning. I train every day without fail. Swimming in the pool or on the beach feels good and relieves stress. I never smoked. What I do every day is talk and laugh with my friends. Girl talk is good. It's great to have friends who understand things you can't talk about with your family or friends. I need it in my life. A great friend who understands my problems and helps me with my problems. I am not consciously doing what I have mentioned here. It's all something I do naturally every day. As a human being, it is natural to feel depressed. Once you are deeply depressed, you will never be depressed further. All that's left to do is move upwards. bright future. Because you already know how to relieve stress. Hope is worth living. I hope Emma is healthy. And safety is life, and I hope you are healthy. Your channel is respected by many people. And, You teaching many people inspiration and skills.
