Hi Lucy, I’m going through something similar with a calf tear around 5 months ago and now Achilles tendinitis. I’m seeing a physio but the rehab process is very slow. Would be great if you did a video on how you’ve rehabbed from your injury and what tips you would give to injured age group athletes?

I would love to hear about any tips regarding traveling to triathlon races. Always a bit hesitant to travel to races a bit further away because I am unsure how to best prepare for the race with for example different foods you get in the supermarket 😅

Love the videos. It would be cool to see a behind the sense videos of how you film your videos. If you want to take it one step further, you guys can do a full crew swap (in off season ) where Lucy and Reece hop behind the camera, and film and edit a video of Holly training for a 5km. It will be cool to see the sisters passing on their knowledge in their respective fields, and I'm sure Reece will also come up with some funky shots. Just have fun with it, and the more behind the sense bloopers ,the better. Enjoy the off season you guys, and thank you for engaging with your supporters so well, in person, and online. I'm sure everyone trying to get there say in can sometimes be tiring, but you guys handle it so well, and some of us really do appreciate you guys being yourselves on camera.
