it was weird getting a recommendation from the rebranded channel, but I recognized the catchphrase! looking forward to new stuff! I'm gonna miss the old helmet logo, though

Good idea. I think it would benefit to pre record as much as you can then edit at your pace and release later so taking time off is a good time to do all that so you have plenty in future to pace yourself and still enjoy what you like with family and have time for short right now clips too.

I'm really really happy to read that you'll relaunch the channel. But really, and I don't mean this in a bad way, you should stop chasing the algorithm so hard or talk so much about it. Just my opinion, but the call to action for likes and follows because of the "everchanging algorithm" sounds a bit desperate. A big youtuber with millions of followers once said "chage the word algorithm to 'audience' and it will change your viewpoint massively". Sure, youtube has a role in recommending your content. But there are youtubers who are in a very saturated niche and only put out one video every quarter and yet land millions of views. But I still wish you the very best as I'm a follower since your "why I dislike active pickups" video with your headband on. Youtube is incredibly hard to manage and never stay still, but I always believed that you coud do it!

Science of Loud
Throughout February you'll see some videos release which were filmed in 2023, but were incomplete prior to my break from social media. I hope that these will throw fuel on the embers of the algorithm and get the wheels turning again ahead of the relaunch of the channel.
The first of these is a fun first impressions of Eventide Audio Riptide and H90 filmed at 42 Gear Street, with tones that resulted in some hilarious faces.
I'm playing a wonderful PJD Guitars Woodford Standard in Firemist Gold.
