대통령님 지금 검찰개혁 때문에 말이 많습니다. 공소청은 6급 중수청은 5급으로 변경 하고 추가 절대 수사요구권 보완수사권은 보완수사권 없애고 검찰은 절대 불가 국무총리실 산하로 따로 특수감사청 만들어 보완수사권을 요청하여 보완수사권 특수감사청 에서 보완수사가 필요하면 검경 합동 수사 같이 해야합니다. 아니면 솔직히 기소도 왜 검찰이하는지 이해불가입니다 . 따로 기소가능 공소청도 아예 분리 아예 독립적인 대통령실 산하에 특별 감찰부 를 새로 만들어서 검경판사 경찰등 사건 의심신고 축소 은폐 같은 사건들을 모두다 다시 점검 하는 절차가 필요합니다.경찰의 비대화를 걱정하나 경찰은 검찰이 시키는대로만 하고 오히려 검찰때문에 수사를 덮는것이 많죠 수사는 경찰이 전문입니다.경찰은 경찰대 출신과 비경찰대 출신으로 라인이 따로 갈리는것 같은데 이점 보완했으면 좋겠습니다 미국 fbi 모델 처럼 아예 전부 수사를 분리하고 서로 견제할수 있도록 해야하며 또한 검찰의 징계 파면 탄핵이 쉽게 가능 해야하며 또 불법저지른 검찰 판사또한 변호사 개업이나 로펌 교수등 정치인으로 아예 취업을 못하게 해야합니다
