@ghaznavid

Can't wait for a new video. As an accountant, I really enjoy learning about nuclear physics - one of my favourite hobby topics.

Professor Ruzic, thank you for your many videos on energy and particularly the nuclear energy videos, and explanations of radiation. I have a question if I may impose ( assuming you see this ) - about the different technologies. If the US was going to go back to nuclear, which I think is very important to do, not only for us but for the world - of the two systems, water and molten salt, which makes the most sense in terms of safety and simplicity, water or molten salt. Water is at high temperature and pressure, but the molten salt is toxic and corrosive and operates at around 1300 degrees Fahrenheit. It seems to me that we and the world have much more more experience and more plants that use water and to me that seems like that should be the over-riding factor, but obviously that is a simplistic opinion. Do you think the new designs for nuclear reactors are proven enough to go into mass production around the country. Seems to me that a cookie cutter approach to nuclear plants that use water makes sense for economic and safety reasons. Is that a question that has a clear answer? Do you have any opinion on the Oliver Stone movie "Nuclear Now!".

Just found this channel. What happened at Santa Susanna Field Lab in 1957? I've been here in the fallout zones over 50 years Also just heard Thorium can destroy cancer tumors and healthy cells are left healthy.
