We made this album remotely, during the lockdown, having never met in person or played together before. Using our heartbeats and breath as the fundamental building blocks of the music, Susie and I found a very unique chemistry emerging between us as we sent ideas back and forth, and discovered a hypnotic, living, alpha-state musical space that became this album.
