Having your absolute lines be amazing stand alone books that still tie in to the overall story, while having the main universe also tie into the same story is really well done. Darkseid is.

I personally love all of these different universes. It’s a hard pick, but if we were asked which was the worse I would have no choice but to pick the Original Ultimate Universe. The only thing that everyone typically agrees on is that the original had a great Spider-Man series and gave us Miles Morales. But everything else about the universe was a complete mess. From toxic relationships to forbidden romances to pointless character deaths. Read Ultimate Spider-Man for best quality.

Og ultimate: mixed bag. Either brilliant reimagination or edgy slog New ultimate: not as miserable as 616 but still plagued by the same issues that ultimate was created to combat. Earth one: wanted to be ultimate but didnt manage. Incomplete and overall more bad than good. Absolute: Fun over all else. Gimmicky and probably not made to go past issue 50 for their series but right now all of them are fun.
