jelly filled donuts is a pokemon anime reference right? Unless it's a common place "translation" in other anime. I just know they translated it to Jelly donuts in Pokemon bc they thought itd be more recognizable and relatable for American children, even though they didn't alter the are too make them jelly donuts.
