Mega Victreebel. “Sweetly Beckoning Building Incident”. Obviously refers to Victreebel being a pitcher plant that lures in prey. The purple spots are just its sweet acid.

I brightened the first picture and I noticed it looks like the metal chain fence has a purple acid burn hole. it may be showing another mega Evolution. I see people are think it maybe a mega malamar but I think it's mega Victreebe. l think this because of the rumor is it looks bloated with a tied top with it's own vine. Also on the 3rd image the purple spill maybe jumping spills of the victreebel moving.
