Thing is once the Griezmann deal died, the Giroud experiment was never going to work, he always needs that guy to play off and Giroud and Griezmann had excellent chemistry as we've seen with France, at his previous clubs he's always had that guy to get the best out of him (Montpellier - Younes Belhanda, Arsenal - Aaron Ramsey Chelsea - Christian Pulisic and later on Mason Mount AC Milan - his old buddy Pulisic again), that's the way you get the best out of Giroud

Voices of the Black and Gold
Olivier Giroud’s time at LAFC is over—and honestly, it was a disaster from the start.
He was never the right fit for this system. His strengths were clear, but LAFC never adapted. No service. No support. No plan. Just vibes and a big name up top with no idea how to use him.
A World Cup winner brought in with zero intention of playing to his profile. That’s on coaching and the front office.
Respect to Giroud for trying—but this one was doomed before it began.
