The cash incentive i would offer is this. The NHS won't treat obesity related illnesses for free. If you choose obesity. You pay for the consequences.

Another βsolutionβ that punishes the people who do the right thing and take care of themselves. If itβs about saving the NHS money, perhaps a small stipend for people who meet certain parameters for being in exceptional physical shape. Thatβs an incentive for everybody to get healthier, and it doesnβt cut out the people who are actually taking care of themselves.
