I live in Thailand, here it's impossible to turn on the TV without Moo Deng popping up. The baby hippo is adorable, but I think I have had an overdose by now.

Can you describe the difference between these and luk chin? Do they go in different dishes? The process to make both seems similar but they look different in your photos.
