Jackie Stanley — a beautiful woman, filled with resilience and tenacity. It was an honor to watch her story on our television screens, and I’m grateful that she allowed us to see glimpses of her gorgeous family! I pray that her husband and her children are wrapped in a blanket of healing and comfort. May her soul rest peacefully! 🕊

This may be odd, but I think about her almost daily. I think of how steadfast she remained in her faith. I think of how she did everything perfect according to societal norms yet as a WOC her dreams were just beyond her grasp. Rest in peace, Jackie. You are an inspiration 💗

No, I'm sad to hear that. What an amazing documentary and an incredible woman. She was a great parent who raised successful children despite the challenges they faced. Her work ethic was inspiring she seemed fearless and built a business for herself against all odds. Truly they seem like wonderful parents and people.

I was just thinking about her a couple hours ago. Rest well, Jackie. The latter years were different from how you may have pictured them, but you touched more people’s lives than you’ll ever know.
