This happens every time it rains heavy in Toronto every body on the city council say's the same thing we're going to have a big enquire Intuit to see if we can do something next time but all they do is close the DVP down for 1 weekend and clear catch basins out and add some more bike lanes same old crap in Toronto nothing changes no matter who's in charge oh and how did that new water extension go at the bottom of the Don go in the storm

It affected me, but not by the rain and the flood. It affected my mental state, and caused my anxiety to rise, when politicians proposed a new wastewater tax. WTF!
