Hello everyone! I’m excited to share something new and close to my heart.
Alongside this channel, Knowledge, I’ve also launched a second YouTube channel called 'Cook Book by Amutha- Heritage Recipes." It’s a space where I explore traditional recipes, food stories, and cultural wisdom—passed down through generations.
And I’m thrilled to announce that we’re beginning a new podcast series on that channel, titled The Healing Plate: Food and Sciences. This isn’t just about cooking—it's about understanding the science behind the food we eat, how it affects our body, and the deep connections between tradition and wellness.
In the very first episode, I introduce my school friend and co-host, Dr. Brinda, a medical physiologist and Ayurvedic doctor who teaches at Government Medical College, Palakkad. She brings a wealth of scientific insight that enriches our discussions on food in ways you’ll find both enlightening and practical.
If you’re someone who loves learning, eating mindfully, or just enjoys listening to thoughtful conversations about health and food—please subscribe to Cook Book by Amutha and tune in to The Healing Plate podcast.
Let’s continue growing and learning together—through knowledge, and now, through nourishment too!
