Improved Health

Happy Sunday everyone! As most of you know, I work full-time outside of what I do on YouTube and life has been busier than usual lately. We're renovating our kitchen and replacing the floor on our main level so my house is chaos! I also want to spend some time searching for new music for my videos and do some much needed admin work. I am thinking it'll be 3-4 weeks before I return with a new video but I'll keep you updated as the weeks go on.

Just a reminder that I have monthly workout calendars on my website which have daily workouts planned for you to make it easier to choose a workout.

I'll be sharing some helpful tips and info over the next few weeks, which is something I've been meaning to do, but never had the time. I'm looking forward to getting more organized over the next few weeks so I can continue to create videos for you.

A few requests from you:
-If you don't mind, please continue to hit the like button and comment on videos since the likes and comments help my channel, and I do enjoy reading them and hearing about your progress (your comments are what keep me motivated to continue!). I'll be catching up this week with replying.

-If you have any feedback about my website, or playlists on YT, please let me know. I'd like to make them as easy as possible for you to navigate and find what you're looking for.

-If you're interested, please join me on Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok and Pinterest!

-If you have any suggestions on how I can improve my channel, please let me know below, or feel free to direct message me on Facebook or email me if you wish to share it privately.

-Please share my channel with friends and family! Also, just a reminder that I have a second channel dedicated to seated workouts. You can find the link at the bottom of my main channel.

I hope my current library of videos will keep you busy until I return.

Wishing you a great Sunday and a great week! As always, thank you for your support.❤️

I love, love love your videos! My husband and I work out to them 6 days a week, first thing in the morning, just picking a random intermediate level class. They keep us moving, and we don't get stiff or sore. I have increased my hand weights from 3 and 5 pounds to 5 and 8 pounds. My husband had open heart surgery for a valve replacement, and your videos are how he recovered so quickly! We're 78 and 70 years old. THANK YOU FOR YOUR CHANNEL!!

Thank you, Jules, for everything you do. I finally have a place where I can post a message to thank you. As for the format, I personally love it when it's 15 seconds, 20 seconds. And when there's at least either the number of steps or the time remaining. Also, when you show the next movement. Anyway, it's amazing, I love it. 10 minutes, 20 minutes… even an hour and a half — we’ve got options. It’s awesome, thank you again, thank you so much. Have a lovely day 🌞 Enjoy and take care 🥰 Adeline from Fran

Finding your videos has been a godsend to me. I went from your 7 day seated workout to your 7 day interval workout. Doing 2 or 3 of your videos a day help.me reach my goal of 10,000 steps! Thank you

Your channel is my absolute favorite source for workouts! I found it about eight or so months ago and you have helped me embrace turning 50 with a positive attitude. I have lost 38 pounds so far! I really appreciate your low impact but challenging routines because I have chronic knee pain and inflammation. Keep up the amazing work!

Due to horrible pain in my toe joint for a year, I’d been keeping off it (walking and any weight baring aggregated it) and lost a lot of muscle mass and fitness. An arthritis diagnosis and good treatment later, I was looking for workouts to get me back into it. I discovered your chair workouts in November 2024 (if only sooner), then progressed to standing, and then did all of your intermediate strength training programs, repeating the last week or the longer 2 programs for a little while after. I’m now back to working out in the higher weight intensity programs I did before, but couldn’t thank you enough for getting there!!! Your workouts aren’t just for seniors or beginners, they’re for those of us who either lost their way, or was out due to injury and illness and need to rebuild. Thank you so much for what you do on YouTube!

Thank you. Jules, for all the workouts. When I tore my meniscus two years ago, I continued my workouts through your seated program. After my partial knee replacement in January of this year, I once again resumed using your seated workouts. I am now back to the walking programs and want to give you a huge thank you and air hug. Your program(s) are what got me through the last two years. Don't worry about taking some time. You have so many workouts available on your channel that I know I won't have any problem keeping up with my routines. Good luck with the kitchen renovation. I'm sure it will be beautiful. Take care.

Happy Sunday to you, Jules! I heartily agree with the lovely positive comments from this nice community. It's true -- I will be puffing through a video and look up and there you are, smiling right at me! 😍 You have a lot on your plate... do give yourself some rest, go on a long bike ride! We will happily work through the current video stash until you are ready to make another. Thank you for all you do.

Yay, to a new kitchen and flooring. When it's all done, it will be fabulous. I hope it goes smoothly. I will continue to do your workouts whether you produce new material or not. I always appreciate new material and look forward to them when you are ready. I have been with your channel for a while now. I am no doubt much stronger. When I exercise with you, I pull with the muscle 💪 we are targeting. Like pull with my biceps on curls. Sometimes, it feels like I am going to knock myself out, lol. When I dance, I feel the power in my legs and glutes. When I went to a hands-off protest this past weekend, I was able to hold a sign above my head for a long time and no jiggling! That's all your videos Jules. I thank you, and so does my body

I stumbled across your YT workouts about 6 months ago. I put on a pair of shorts a few days ago and was shocked at how much better I look! I'm 66 years old and so very grateful for all you do. I not only look better but feel better too. THANK YOU!!!

I discovered your workouts quite recently and I love them. I’m a fitness trainer myself and I find your workouts a very enjoyable alternative to my own, when I want the responsibility for planning to be with someone else! 😉 I particularly enjoy the fact that you just get started without much ado and flag up comments where required, it’s wonderfully peaceful to be able to just follow along. Great idea to use the gorgeous picture curtains behind you, your setup looks wonderful. Thanks for mentioning your chair workouts channel, my husband will appreciate those! I’m looking forward to trying more of your workouts, thanks for the great work
