I have successfully made several crustless pumpkin pies in my solar oven. Yummy. I'm GF, so crustless makes the most since to me.

Happy Thanksgiving . We are on baby watch now, sadly daughter is having health issues and her having her first at almost 40 , the doctors have chosen to induce to save mom's life. We know the sex and name just waiting . It is going to be a long few months with the baby in hospital I already know ! Keep them in your prayers please .
