Aculite

This past week and a half allergies have eliminated me from existence. Doing my best to get some videos done when I get some energy. Wanted to give an update. πŸ˜€

(Obviously YouTube also, but:) "Allergies can go to heck" is the most Canadian poll choice I've ever seen 🀣

Try saline. Allergies used to bother me, but since keeping my sinuses clean and moisturized, I haven't had problems in years. I even ditched allergy meds, which is optional. After a long day of workign outside, use some saline, sit a minute and blow your nose. That will clean out all the allergens stuck in there. Repeat if necessary. Then spray some more to moisten and reduce inflammation.

Dunno if that med is also available to you, but ryaltris really helps me. Also have some serious allergies unfortunately and summer is no fun without meds πŸ˜•

I've found that Flonase (nose spray) on top of my regular antihistamines does wonders for me

I'm taking pills, using a nasal spray and daily eyedrops. Finally starting to feel the effects.

Hey man, I suffer badly from allergies to the point that I get random nose bleeds if it's not treated. I don't know what you have available in your country but try find a steroid and antihistamine nasal spray as well as taking oral antihistamines while you wait the couple of days for the nasal spray to have full effect. Love your work, have a good one
