Wu Shu is the Chinese name for Kung Fu and Wing Chun is also a variant of Chinese empty-hand martial arts. Its obviously fencing, the Japanese counterpart of fencing is called Kendo. Even by the pose in the pics you can say only the fencing guy is not in any ready-to-hit pose, because he needs a sword for that but the other twonare just ready to hit and hence are in a definite pose.
