I call forth the light of truth,
The waters of clarity,
And the flame of sacred sound

To move through my throat chakra,
My voice,
My breath,
And my entire being...

I now clear the residue of silence,
The cords of shame,
And the patterns of playing small.

Let this voice carry medicine.

Let it return to me multiplied with love, truth, and beauty.
