I used to, but it was mainly to get an understanding of where those calories came from. Now that I have an educated idea of where my calories are coming from (and after testing myself on a few days to see how accurate I was), I no longer count calories. It also helps that I eat (pretty much) the same meals throughout the week and the only wild card days are Saturday and Sunday, but even then I have an idea of calories in those more varied meals as well.

I imagine I'll stop at some point because I'm not a competitor. But tracking my calories helped me get to my best looking physique ever at age 29. I like the idea of continuing to look shredded through my 30's.

If you compete, you track everything. Just part of the game. Very few exceptions.

3000-4000 calories and 250 grams of protein within those calories. For six months. Five weeks of 1800-1900 calories. Then the rest of the year it's 2500. Gym, six days on one off for rest(sunday). All year round. We doing it naturally 🔥. Two years down so far. Eight more to go

I have counted since 2013. I use Cronometer. People say it’s stressful or tedious but it makes it so I get the results I want and I don’t have to remember what I eat or worry about if I’m doing the right thing. It literally just takes an extra 5 minutes a day. I eat mostly the same things every day anyway.

Not strictly but I keep a running tally in my mind each day and am conscious of it.

Not literally anymore but after years of lifting I have a pretty good idea of how much stuff is. So I’m definitely still concise of what I do and don’t eat

I count calories all the time because I'm fat and always on a cut but I may not have time for it so I remain fat. I'm like an ouroboros if it was a funyun.
