After seeing Neil Diamond in concert, I think his fans would agree all his songs speak in some ways to our lives and heart lights. Every person knew every word and sang along with him for 2 hours. It was a spiritual experience of happiness for me. When I am feeling like life is knocking me down, I play Neil Diamond. Some treasures are beautiful voices and instruments that are in harmony with our souls alignment! Shine Bright Neil Diamond.

There are many, like Brooklyn Roads or Stones, but my favorite would have to be Dear Father. It is a prayer, and it still gives me chills when I hear it. That song deserves a better shelf in history.

"Brother Love's Travelling Salvation Show" Not because I am a Christian (I'm a lifelong Buddhist) but because it is so evocative of what brings people together--a shared spirit of love rather than hate.

Mmmhmmm … love me some Neil Diamond. My top three would be, “I’ve Been This Way Before”, “I Am I Said” and “Play Me”. He’s taught us everything about life. Everything. Growing up, falling in love, falling out of love, seriously growing up, how to find real love, what family is and why their past is so important to our future. No other person (nor persons) have given us ALL of that. It’s all been The Diamond🪑 🐸 👑

The Story Of My Life, Brother Love’s Traveling Salvation Show, Longfellow Serenade, Headed For The Future, Heart Light, Love On The Rocks, You Don’t Give Me Flowers Anymore, I Am, I Said, Song Sung Blue. Every song that Neil has recorded deserves love because each song touches a listener in different ways.🙂

Brooklyn roads is what immediately came to mind. But I’m loving looking through everyone else’s comments to see if I can find a few hidden gems. I don’t know all of his stuff for sure! The dude has so many great songs.

It’s a beautiful noise once I heard Neil Diamond discuss what inspired him to write the song I can imagine singing in a window high above the streets of New York and all the sounds from the vendors and the people and the cars and the smells that’s what inspired him? What a beautiful noise.

Holly Holy is one as well. It's beautiful the slow climb that you don't see coming. Then the snow gets you.off your seat and sing it strong.

I don't feel that Soolaimon gets the love it deserves for its unique, innovative adaptation of African cultural music. Salamah!
